Biloxi Bay Bridge
Discover several Instagrammable places to visit in Biloxi that let you showcase your photography skills while capturing the charming beaches and historic landmarks of this Southern coastal playground. The most popular spot is, of course, the beach—but don’t forget to bring your phone or camera and explore the north side of town to photograph the peaceful Back Bay waters. You will also find historic structures, from grand hotels that date back more than a century to charming historic homes. Let’s explore some of the top-notch Instagrammable locations in Biloxi.
The Beach
Biloxi Beach is known for the charming waters and fine white sand that define the Gulf Coast. Here, you’ll find picturesque views of calm seas that are perfect for any style of Instagram photo. Keep in mind that the beach can get crowded in the middle of the day during summer, so visiting early in the morning is a better way to capture wide, open views with fewer people. The entire southern side of Biloxi is lined with beautiful beaches.
Biloxi Bay Bridge
The massive Biloxi Bay Bridge stretches across the bay and offers breathtaking views that you can enjoy at your own pace along the pedestrian path. If you are arriving in Biloxi from the east, you can’t miss this impressive structure and may have already snapped a few photos on the way in. Still, the walk back across the bridge is well worth it for the stunning views. You can admire the bay and marinas to the north and the open Gulf to the south. The bridge is located on the east side of town.
Ocean Springs Harbour
Ocean Springs Harbour is a relatively small harbor with beautiful scenery and easy boat access. You can capture stunning photos of the Gulf Coast from the harbor’s 800-foot pier and boardwalk. It’s an ideal place to catch breathtaking sunsets after spending the day in town. For a more adventurous experience, consider taking one of the boat charters to photograph the coastline from the water. The harbor is located at the eastern end of the Biloxi Bay Bridge.
Ohr-O’Keefe Museum
The Ohr-O’Keefe Museum celebrates the work of George E. Ohr and is one of the most visually distinctive cultural sites in Biloxi. The grounds combine creative ceramic exhibits with bold, modern architecture, making it a great place for unique photos. Over time, the museum has added several eye-catching structures, including the John S. and James L. Knight Pod Pavilion, known for its futuristic metal exterior. Visitors can also explore and photograph historic buildings on the property, such as the Creel House and the City of Biloxi Center for Ceramics. The museum sits along the coastline, just a short distance west of Harrah’s Casino.
